By forming commercial joint-venture partnerships within the Conservancies, the organization taps into revenue streams generated from tourism, educational and research programs, and sport hunting. A percentage of these revenues is directly allocated to the SWT conservation mission. This innovative revenue-sharing model ensures that 100% of the required funding for fielding and managing the conservation team is generated through sustainable sources. Ultimately, the SWT believes in a reinvestment cycle where revenue generated from wildlife tourism provides the necessary funds to protect and preserve it.
